We want you to love your FIELD.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at hello@fieldtallow.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Email hello@fieldtallow.com with your order number and the product you’d like instead before sending anything back. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Opened Products

Because FIELD is a personal care product, we’re unable to accept standard returns of opened or used products.

That said, if something isn’t right, please reach out. We’ll review it individually and do our best to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

A Note on Warm Weather

FIELD is made with natural fats and oils, so your tallow may soften or melt during warm-weather shipping. This is completely natural and does not affect the quality of the product.

If your jar arrives warm or soft, place it somewhere cool or refrigerate it briefly until it firms back up. Texture may change slightly after melting, but the balm is still perfectly good to use.

If your product arrives leaking or otherwise compromised, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
